jp108 is required to verify your identity in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. Upon registration or at any time thereafter, we may request that you submit copies of government-issued identification documents (such as a KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and a recent selfie holding your ID. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All documents submitted are processed securely and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the jp108 Platform. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to void all bets, confiscate bonuses, and take any other action deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

We do not charge fees for withdrawals, but your financial institution may impose receiving fees.
jp108 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before a withdrawal can be processed. This means that if you deposit Rp 100.000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 100.000 before you can withdraw. This policy exists to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering or other illicit financial activities. Suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and accounts involved may be frozen pending investigation.

All bets placed on the jp108 Platform are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details (including stake amount, selection, and odds) are correct before confirming the bet. jp108 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all casino games and slots, and we partner with reputable live dealer providers to ensure fairness and transparency in all outcomes. In the event of a technical error, server malfunction, or software bug that results in incorrect odds or payouts, jp108 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
All sports bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or league. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets may be voided or settled according to the specific market rules. Asian handicap, over/under, and other specialized markets follow industry-standard settlement rules. jp108 reserves the right to void bets placed on events with obvious pricing errors or on events where the outcome is already known at the time the bet was placed.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp108 is licensed and regulated. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by jp108. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against jp108.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jp108 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
